Fantastic experience all round with QES. Kris came over and discussed the work with my wife. Shortly after Mike came over with Rob to do a biocide treatment. The boys did a thorough job and explained everything to us and answered all questions we had. A few weeks later they came back and did the spraying and injecting work. The work they did was good but they did not fix the problem i originally contacted them for. Feel like i got talked into paying a lot of money for what they wanted to do. Now they are ignoring me and my house is still damp
Work took around a month to complete but this is understandable as I live rurally. Work was always competed on the day with no issues/delays. The guys were very descriptive with what they were doing/any issues they found. When I did have follow-up concerns, they were very supportive and follow-up work was carried out without complaint. Service as good as it gets. Finished the job sooner than schedule. Price and standard of work excellent. But more than this they're all really nice, reliable and flexible meeting customer's needs.
