DO NOT USE THE QDOBA APP. I REPEAT FROM THE TOP OF MY LUNGS: DO NOT USE THEIR APP FOR MOBILE ORDERS. I just experienced the most aggressive/defensive person on the phone when I was calling about an incorrect item. Apparently, if you order through the qdoba app and an order is incorrect, the location cannot give you a refund like you would get by ordering through DoorDash and reporting an incorrect item. So if you ordered a burrito and received a quesadilla… sorry! Nothing they can do. Extremely upsetting.
Used to come here all the time one. Month minimum. Seriously gone downhill. Overcharged and then didn’t provide a receipt. But we’re so unfriendly felt awkward asking for a receipt. Just very uncomfortable interactions overall

Went for lunch. Staff was on top of it and very nice. Food was fresh.
