I had a terrible experience, and food was not prepared to order correctly. Staff combo ed my friends and my order together even though they were separate. I did not get a topping because a staff member walked off. Both girls seemed annoyed the 2 of us came in for a lunch order to go. I go to the location at the kroger Plaza now to avoid a bad experience. This one is going down Hill and even if it is different staff it the standards are low.
The food is great, look forward every time.
Yall… come on now did the management change in the past couple years?? Ive been going to this location since I was maybe 13.. I’m now 22. always loved it and the food. The past couple years we’ve had nothing but problems and the change of staff is more then likely the reasoning for it, all mostly younger people maybe even teenagers.. that don’t actually care about the food and are just their for the check. Stopped going to Qdoba for awhile due to terrible service and missing items. This Qdoba was great. They were busy and we got through quickly. Food was good and friendly service.
Not every visit to this location has been quite as good, but I have to give 5 stars based on my latest bowl. Tasted delicious and was so full the lid barely fit on.
