We had a replacement Heat Pump (ASHP), installed by QTS and the service was nothing less than outstanding. The ASHP was fitted in just 1 day as the engineers worked tirelessly even right through very rainy conditions at times. We did encounter some initial issues integrating the new ASHP with our existing internal electrical control system, however this was not the direct fault of QTS.
