We can’t thank Simon enough for stepping in at the eleventh hour as photographer for the wedding of our son, Ben, to his Peruvian bride, Maria. We got the wedding album okay and it looks great. Thank you so much for all that you did to help make our day special and to help us to preserve the memories of it. Everyone who has seen the photos has commented how good they are. You managed to catch everyone in relaxed, cheerful poses and not looking as if they were being forced to pose for the camera. We used Q Photography for our wedding in 2010. We would highly recommend Simon as a wedding photographer. We picked him for his reportage photography style which is very unobtrusive. He had photographed our friends wedding and came highly recommended. What we liked was his ability to get fantastic unposed shots. We still look back at our album every year and get such joy at seeing all our friends and family enjoying our big day. These are the moments you miss when you are otherwise busy.

Simon’s great photographic skill is to record the atmosphere of an event. He manages to frame beautiful shots that really pick up on the characters and interactions of everyone present and, as a result, we have a real reminder of what our wedding was like, not a set of overly posed snaps.
