We parked the car, took out and assembled my husband’s mobility scooter, to find the lift out of action. Approached the guy on reception and he told us there was no other way for us to exit. The stairs were the only way. Which, obviously didn’t work for us. He said the sign was clear outside. What he meant was the sign indicated the lift was out of action, but it didn’t register with us , that meant if your disabled don’t come in! The guy on reception was extremely helpful to us and escorted us up to the car ramp to go out. ... read more
Very good location, payment machines were a little temperamental- price was ok! All parking is relatively expensive so this is no different. Decent enough parking spaces (size is good) tight enough exit.
