I had pre booked my parking & allowed more than enough time to exit but because of the shambles of cars having to be individually let out I went over my time 5 mins & was charged an additional €4.95 ....fuming I was !!!!!
DO NOT book for the events, as it near impossible to exit. Worst parking experience ever. I have prebooked for 2 nights, paid a fortune, but well, that's to be expected. On Friday it took me over 30 minutes to exit, but I thought it was due to the congestion after the concert in Aviva Stadium. It wasn't. On Sunday I parked as close to the exit as possible, exited stadium quickly, got to the carpark fast, was there one of the first people, still took 45 minutes to exit, for NO APPARENT REASON! Do not use for any events as takes ages to get out. Waited over an hour to drive out as anyone that has not prebooked was stuck at the gate and called for support. Seems like this parking is a scam and they charge love to overcharge customers. Would love a refund of the time that I have wasted on waiting. Parking explanations to the comments are none sense as after 55mins waiting they opened the gate and we all drove out in less then 10 mins. Do not recommend!
Never book for any events. Absolute scam of a parking. Waited over an hour to drive out after an event. Q-Park explenattions are absolute non sense, the system os not working and locking cars in yhat did not prebook it. After 50mins of waiting and many angry customers, they have finally opened the gate to drive out without any hassle. Avoid, avoid and again AVOID this place.
