Very nice parking lot, just empty and dark and not very nice looking. But its got a big fence so in pretty sure my car is safe

Had a issue with overcharging at the IFSC Q-park, and Jen in customer services sorted the issue so quickly. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and speedy follow-up. I will definitely use this service again
