RecommendedMy 1.5 year old son loved sitting in the airplane and watching Trolls. Great haircut and free temporary color spray. Lots of toys and games of waiting.
We just tried to go to the Broken Arrow location. They close at 5, we got there at 4:49. We opened the door, they told us they were closed because they were out of money. I told them I had a card. They started whispering about what to say. Clearly neither one wanted to work, so I said ok, never mind. Then started apologizing. I didn’t want someone cutting his hair and risk a bad haircut. We have using q-cuts for 3 years. I’m done now.
I’ve taken my son probably 6x’s. And at least half of those were bad cuts. Today was the last straw. She was rude to my son pushing his head around. He’s not a fan of the haircuts but can tolerate him. Her tone was rude and she also did a choppy job. She cut to high on one side and chopped it in the front. I will NOT be going back.
My boys loved their haircuts and so did we! plus i got to play arcade games!
update: while we didn’t get the hair cut we desired the manager was super helpful and sweet and provided us a refund. Great customer service! We appreciate that. While the atmosphere is lovely the final result was not. My son had lovely long thick hair and now we have a buzz cut with an uneven front. Very disappointing. We wanted a nice trim to get the hair out of his eyes and less mullety in the back so we could get a picture with Santa, needless to say we won’t be seeing Santa with a hat on. I absolutely loved my experience today!!! I came in for my sons haircut and we got the 1st haircut package and it’s well worth the money!!! They are very reasonably priced and this is where I will be bringing all of my children! I loved that they have arcade type games that are free also!!!
Absolutely horrible experience. The stylist botched my 4 year olds hair so bad we requested she buzz the rest of it off. She was extremely rude and unprofessional when we shared how disappointed we were with what she was doing. After 4 years of business we will never return and I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid them. They obviously don’t take pride in the stylists they hire or their level of talent.
I have a wiggly toddler who likes to turn and look at everything. Our stylist just went with it. She didn’t get frustrated with him or give up. She was quick, but very thorough. She even set my son back in the chair to touch up a spot she didn’t like when we were going to pay. We went to the Broken Arrow location and will definitely be back!
