We have brought our son here since he was 11 months old. We have always enjoyed the friendly service and kidness and patience shown to our son. Well today was a very bad experience. The lady was rough with my son (3years old) and very very forceful. That is why I rated it a 2 star. All we expect is to take time and patience with a 3 year old. Like a childs haircut should be done.
I liked the atmosphere for kids but the stylist did a HORRIBLE job!!! My son had long curly hair. After she cut his hair, it was uneven by almost 2 inches! She gave my son a girly bob. (He looked like blanche from Golden girls) We went to another Salon to get it fixed (thankfully). I wasted time & money. Please be careful who you use if you go to Qcuts. If someone can't cut your hair to match a photo please stay away from them or you might regret it.

They did a very quick hair cut for my almost two years old, wiggling little boy and kept him distracted most of the time. :-)
