Save yourselfs thousands of pounds and don’t bother renting of this back street letting agents. They do not respond. They don’t fix any problems , closed from Friday to Monday even if emergencys. For example I have had my shop flooded because they blew a toilet from upstairs appartment into my shop wrecking everything this was four months ago and it’s still not properly fixed , a leaking roof going on now 2 years to the point were the roof is going to fall in. Better avoid choicing that place. I agree with the other one-star comments. They will make reports not showing the actual property state, tvs from 2010 worth today maybe 20 pounds with cutted cable, evidences in pictures from 1st eweek but in their report, it is in working state masking the true state of the walls behind tv or bed. When you mention all of these issues in first week, it will be nothing done about.
