Just bought my first car today with Pymans garage and couldn’t have had a better experience! They are not pushy at all and give you plenty of time to look and test drive the car. Even left me with some flowers and chocolate which was such a lovely surprise. If you’re thinking of using them to buy a car then please do, couldn’t recommend them more if I tried! Xx

Booked an appointment with Dan to see a BMW X3 that was advertised on Autotrader and Pymans own web site. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and given the keys to take a test drive on our own. Nice to be trusted as a genuine buyer and after returning to Pymans, the negotiations were quick, easy and fair with us able to confidently take the car away on the same day. After having a full service plus M.O.T got car back .we noticed a knocking on front end so took car back..They apparently had a look at car,plus gave the car a run out but said if there was a knocking it was very slight and may need looking at in about 6months. 11 weeks later we have found ourselves replacing track rod ends as the rubber was completely flat on offside front..Not happy at all the knocking just kept getting worse. Will not be returning as a customer
