First of all hardly any training (half to full shift training). Did 5 shifts in the campaign (NHS Track & Trace) run by Pursuit Marketing. From my experience working in call centres, a customer service advisor should be given minimum of 2-4 weeks training but here at Pursuit Marketing they expect us to know everything within24 hours after 5 hour training shift.. Working with Pursuit has been a very positive experience. They integrated very well and really act as an extension of our demand gen team. I look forward to continuing our work with them.

Had a very bad experience with them. Be promised pay by credit per lead, although, 1 year after the signed contract and paid, they have nothing except 2 fake meetings. Then I suddenly being told they would go for our competitor, cos they give them a big order. They never give you a proper report, and always cancel or delete the meeting at the last minute. Waiting over a year for their refund, and still waiting!! Trick! Don’t use them!
