I have never been more disappointed in a bouquet befor. We originally came here due to the good reviews but what we left with was not at the same level as the flower arrangements we have seen online. The rose leaves looked dead and some had black spots on them. The arrangement did not look good and the ribbon that was tied looked like a child tied it. Emma went over and above with sympathy flowers, for a recent customer I was also serving as a coffin maker. She puts her all into her work and helping families have what they need. From someone working within the funeral sector, I would recommend Purple Orchid to anyone who wants a quality service and gorgeous flowers.
