I have just had brain surgery 1st July Im unbalanced and very dizzy I ended up at A&E with a tight chest uncomfortable to breath and and laryngitis, I waited 4hrs they just stuck me in a chair I ended up leaving without blood work results it was appalling, due to laryngitis I cant speak very well so my mum was helping, I then got referred to your hub at purley to be meet by a Doctor whom was yawning her head off when we went in wasnt greeted and Im sorry but she was rude as said my mum was speaking on my behalf as I couldnt ... read more
I visited the Purley GP Hub today after a member of my staff suffered an electric shock. The receptionist, Hina, was friendly and very helpful — she quickly arranged an appointment for us. We were seen in less than 10 minutes by a lovely nurse who was thorough, reassuring, and gave clear advice on what symptoms to watch for in case anything worsened. Overall, a very positive and professional experience. Thank you to the team!
I was given an urgent GP appointment by 111 overnight, but on arrival was told they had an emergency, when I asked how long would this be as I suffer with severe anxiety in NHS Hospitals having been bullied by NHS Management, after working for the NHS nearly 20 years, the receptionist clearly didn't understand and told me to stand outside. She clearly has no idea what anxiety is, and I tried to explain that being near an NHS hospital causes me distress. Called for an appointment, told me I needed to call 111 first and when trying to ask for more information they hanged up on me. Extremely unprofessional.
