Initial communication pretty good, once i wanted extra work adding on: no quote came! Wanted to book in, so sent numerous messages never heard back. Pretty unreliable I would say. Booked elsewhere in the end.

Asked for a quote for a garden tidy. It's in the centre of town so right in the middle of their area covered. They politely got back to me later in the evening and asked for photos which I didn't have as I don't live there currently. So next day I made a special 8 mile round trip to go take the photos, sent them on the Tuesday and it's Saturday evening now and they still haven't replied.

We used Gareth to tidy up our laurels and remove a couple of overgrown hebes. Overall Gareth was excellent from start to finish in his communication and professionalism, he completed the work exactly how I asked making sure all areas were tided and well presented when he finished. His pricing was competitive amongst the other landscapers we looked at and didn't try to oversell during the quote. We would definitley use Gareth again in the future.

Was very very please with the work done to trim and tidy up my Leylandi hedge. The job was priced well, they were punctual and polite and overall did a great job. I will definitely use them again.
