Just had my hifu treatment done and the staff were amazing. Yoko & Denise were informative and made sure I was at ease as I was a bit worried prior to the treatment but they made me feel very comfortable. I was even given a free mask to use tonight. Thank you team! Will deffo recommend to my friends and colleagues
Sadly my experience wasn’t as professional as it could have been. I have had micro needling many times and this was more micro scratchy dragging! Firstly, the booking in experience was chaotic with no idea what treatment I was having . Then the treatment asked for felt rushed and not thorough enough, missing many parts of my face . Had a terribly bad experience. The handling is rough and it was very painful after treating. Little improvement rather than they said. Not any after caring service available. Either without any help for me to solve the problem even after I got burnt on my face.
