Really bad service with these people, they forget they're working for you, that you are paying them to help you One lady who works there made several easy situations stupidly difficult And because we left a few cobwebs on the ceilings (yes a few cobwebs, no exaggeration) they charged us £80 for a "professional cleaner" to deal with it I would only use these people again if I absolutely had to Although my ex-partner signed off with the cleaning costs, it was only agreed due to being a difficult time and didn't want to dispute... read more
Had a tenancy with Purelet at the end of which we entered into a dispute in relation to a sum that was being claimed for cleaning that we believed we were not contractually obligated to pay for. We took it to dispute but unfortunately the DPS made an admin error which resulted in both parties being paid the outstanding sum. I certainly wouldn't use them again but if you do, make sure you take plenty of pictures and document everything when you move in! Overall, in my experience of letting agents, not a good company.
