I purchased a property from Purelake in December 2020. During the defects liability period, several issues were raised: The kitchen units were identified as defective by their contractor, who confirmed they would be replaced. However, Purelake later declined to carry out the work. Water ingress near the patio doors has damaged the timber, but this issue was not inspected or addressed. The living rooms seem so narrow , why ? And also the maintenance cost , will it be as expensive as a holiday 1x a year ,trust no body when it comes to ur money , they build too tiny rooms , it doesn’t have to be built like that , all about £££ for them , their own houses most prob big rooms ,
