Wonderful service, my friends though I'd had new carpets. Efficient, came exactly at the time we arreanged, thourghly great job. I had the carpet and the sofas in the living room done, I have two dogs and an 18 month old, nothing had been cleaned since pre baby. Best money I've spent in ages. Very reasonable price too.
I hired pure clean to come and clean my hallway carpet after a paint accident. I messaged them after the accident and I was booked in almost instantly. From the first message, Jane and Lee were very professional and explained the whole process to me before conducting the clean and very thorough with the post clean process. Would highly recommend! I contacted Jane and Lee at the last minute to see if they could fit me in for a carpet clean prior to me moving in to my property. A few days to be exact. . Jane and Lee scheduled me on my move in date, they arrived on time, were thorough and professional, cleaned my 2 bed apartment carpets to an outstanding standard! This company was amazing from start to finish. I have just moved to the area and was disappointed that my new property with new flooring, had dog smells and felt really dirty. Due to the delivery of new furniture I wanted the home cleaned throughout, fast! They were SO accommodation, respectful and thorough.
