Awful. Just awful. This was a follow up to a bad experience we had there beginning of the year. My massage would have been lovely if it wasn't for the fact the therapist kept going on her phone the whole way through it! Didn't feel welcome, if anything felt like we were a hindrance being there. It's dirty like it hasn't been cleaned/swept for weeks, the relaxation room has a toilet in which was covered in piles of dirty towels and Xmas Dec's just left over the floor.
