Lee, Marie, and Sharon at Pure lettings are a great team. They have been handling my Haworth property for many years and I can't praise them highly enough.
Rented a house for a couple of years from Pure. I needed to be close to my mum during her cancer treatment. I was waiting for a new job to star with the council. The council refused to give me a start date even though they knew I'd been served notice on my address at the time( they were selling or trying to take advantage of the huge rent increases due to mortgages going up) i was literally in a terrible situation but Pure held on to the property for me for ages. Pure Residential Lettings have been fantastic to deal with. Marie has gone above and beyond to make sure I found a new place for me and my cats when the landlord decided to sell the property i was renting. She was quick to respond to any queries I had, and a lovely person to deal with. Thank you so much Marie 💜 So happy to still be renting through this letting agency .
Everyone we have met so far has been really friendly and down to earth. We viewed a couple of houses and we had a laugh and felt really comfortable (I'm unsure of the man's name!) We applied for a property and the application process was really smooth and communication was well maintained. When we met at the office to sign our life away, it was really warm and welcoming and again, really down to earth.
