An hour of extreme relaxation. This treatment is pure bliss and has become my favourite treat to myself. More beneficial to me than any massage or therapeutic treatment I’ve ever had. It quietens my mind and relieves anxiety. I thoroughly recommend Pure Reflexology and Samantha.
I can only say how wonderdul Samantha was to me in the final days before my due date. She fitted me in at short notice and made me feel so comfortable. I am positive the treatments helped me in the early stages of labour. A lovely experience!
Sam is fabulous. I have been having treatments from her for a number of years. From the time you get there you are made to feel really special. She is incredibly kind and very skilled. Best reflexologist I have ever been too. Came out today floating on air!

I found Samantha when I was looking for pregnancy reflexology in the Aylesbury area, and I'm so glad that I did. Both Samantha and her treatment room are warm and welcoming and I felt at ease immediately. I had two sessions in the lead up to baby's due date as a midwife had recommended reflexology as something that could help prepare your body for labour, and even bring on labour once full term.
