Verified Renter The Cortland Fillmore is an amazing place to live if you're looking for a temporary home in downtown Phoenix. Every single person that works at Cortland Fillmore deserve their own acknowledgement. My fiance and I have so much respect for the team and the work that they do. They make us feel safe, cared for, and valued. Verified Renter The team has stepped up their game since changing to Cortland. The valet trash is timely and flexible now on their tolerance for over-limit trash, keeping the hallways stink free. Samuel is always courteous and very knowledgeable. Anything I've ever been unhappy about previously under Pure has been addressed and improved. Wish the apartment complex would do something about parking, but I believe their doing all they can to make sure non residents aren't using parking spaces.

From the massive shared work space, to the speakeasy to the life saving bodega that sells beer and wine to the state-of-the-art gym - not to mention the free community exercise classes, to the pool equipped with cabanas and a sunken fire pit, this place spoils you.
