Verified Renter New management has resolved the lingering reserved parking issue. They Handled cleanliness improvements with COVID very well. Trash pickup is always on time and doesn't leave you passive aggressive notes anymore, leaving the hallways nice and clean. Dog urine smell at the exits of the complex has been resolved. When this place was called "pure" it was far from it, but am very happy with this complex now that its under the "Cortland" banner. About 2 months ago, the battery in my door lock died at 11pm at night while I was in the workout room. Your head maintenance team member drove all the way in from Peoria and let me in. He was simply outstanding! You're emergency maintenance line worked great, and I was exceptionally grateful and back in my place within 30 minutes. Verified Renter Our overall experience this past year has been positive. We love the layout of our two-bedroom apartment and the proximity to everything that makes downtown Phoenix amazing. Although the parking situation is a drag, I would still recommend this complex to friends and family for the above reasons. The front office staff is generally nice. The package room is a plus. Cortland Fillmore is a great community.
