Verified Renter It’s annoying to be a smoke free property and to constantly smell marijuana. I can’t sit on my patio or have my balcony door open because neighbors smoke on a daily basis morning, noon, and night.
Beautiful property with many amenities The apartment complex is in a good location with easy access to IH35. Lots of shopping, eateries, convenient stores, medical centers and an HEB grocery store a couple blocks away. I moved here when it first opened in 2016 and have enjoyed living here. love it here I’ve had such a great experience living at sycamore ! The community is quiet, well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance is on point, and I love how close it is to everything. Highly recommend!
Verified Renter Absolutely love the location of this building. Apartments feel dated compared to all of the new builds that are popping up around Phoenix. Have seen some improvements to community spaces / general spaces like stairwells and such but would love to see a better effort to keep these places clean and amenities working.

Verified Renter This is a very unclean community, but I have hope that it can turn itself around the trash the elevator, the stairways, the flooring the paint on the walls all need to get touched up and cleaned. Verified Renter Everton was professional and helpful. However there were times when I could not reach anyone in the office and at times it was frustrating. I would leave messages via phone and text and no one would get back in touch with me . But when I could reach someone they were very helpful.
