Verified Renter I've lived downtown for almost 20 years and at 601 PAX for 4 years. It's by far the best community for the price. Quiet, clean, very safe. Friendly and attentive managment. Amazing amentities. Love the gym and pool. I especially love the bodega and that they deliver to the apartments. You can't find that in a community anywhere in Downtown Phoenix.
