We love the convenience of the trash and recycle pickup , and also the cute little URBO shop upfront. We are amazed by how beautiful the community is overall.

Verified Renter Cortland Fillmore is all about community. They have incredible lineups of events each month, including a weekly rotating food truck that brings everyone out. The attached bodega offers food, snacks, drinks and items that you sometimes forget you need until it's too late and then you realize all you have to do is walk over to Urbo to grab them without having to make a trip anywhere in a car.

I love my apartment and the amenities which are nicely taken care of too. The premises are always very clean. The maintenance staff is professional and attentive. I will probably stay here until I buy a house!
