Verified Renter The apartment is fine -- Wish there was better parking options, and wish the hallways/shared spaces were kept up more. There are so many other apartments downtown that we are unsure if we will renew.

Verified Renter The complex has many pets, and I assume some pet owners help clean up after their dogs. However, at night, some pet owners allow their dogs to relieve themselves around the complex, especially in the grill areas and near the trash bin, and they often leave the waste behind.

Verified Renter Over all, is a really nice place. There has been different management for a reason that now it seems to be doing good. The Bike storage needs to be closed up or changed into something else because it is an empty space at this point. (With previous bike being stolen and the room getting really dusty)
