Verified Renter I have been a resident at Cortland North Haven since 2018, & it is a wonderful place to live! I love my apartment & that it has an attached garage, which few complexes offer. The pool area is beautiful & well maintained, & they recently remodeled the workout room. Sheila, Brooke'lyn & Eddie in the office are all fantastic & continually make me feel valued & appreciated as a resident. Verified Renter My neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. That's the plus. The downside is that there are clean up bags for your pet everywhere but the neighbors aren't cleaning up after their pets.

Verified Renter Amazing apartments. Leasing agents need more training on professionalism and communication for applicants. My application was delayed at least a month longer than it should have been because they failed to communicate an error with an email to confirm income.

The Best! I recently moved into these apartments, and it has been fantastic so far. Israel, the maintenance guy, has been an enormous help during our move. He is quick and efficient in resolving any issues I have. Not only that, but the entire property is consistently clean and well-kept.

great place to live I have lived at Cortland North Haven for over 2 years. It is the best decision I have ever made with regards to places to live. The grounds are well kept and clean. My maintenance request are completed usually the same day and the office staff always greets me with a smile. This is the best place to live in Cypress.
