I have been liaising with George Baker, Pure Block Managements Compliance Manager, about my fire door inspections. George is relatively new in role and I have been hugely impressed with him and his pro-activity and willingness to help. Sarah and George were fantastic at helping me handle a an ongoing waste management issue I’ve been having in my street. Their knowledge, expertise and efficiency were essential in resolving my problem and I would wholeheartedly recommend them as a result.
The relationship between our area manager (Lizzie) is awful it takes several attempts to get in touch with her and we often have to speak to Louise on Reception to leave a message. Lizzie is always "away from her desk". We tried to improve our communal garden area and make the garden a more usable space for all 6 residents.
