The relationship between our area manager (Lizzie) is awful it takes several attempts to get in touch with her and we often have to speak to Louise on Reception to leave a message. Lizzie is always "away from her desk". We tried to improve our communal garden area and make the garden a more usable space for all 6 residents. I am a flat owner in the BBC building in the town centre. Anna from Pureblock Management arranged a remote vehicle door opener for me, but unfortunately the one received was faulty. She took the trouble to personally visit the premises and test another door opener to ensure it was working before personally delivering it to my flat post box. Great service!
Recent heavy rain saw leakage to our roof and, obviously, a matter of urgent concern. Contact with Pure Block Management (Lizzie) saw prompt action and a contractor on site to carry out a temporary fix and progression of a complete repair in a timely manner - excellent. As to the contractor, East Yorkshire Group, they were professional, thorough and, as indicated, timely and efficient in completing the works with empathy for the inherent urgency required. Thank you, greatly appreciated.
