Matt was extremely professional and assisted with making our closing so much smoother and simpler, plus he is a really nice, down to earth guy! Definitely recommend Purcell for anyone!
Matt was extremely professional during the close of our home yesterday. He quickly and efficiently handled concerns on all sides. He even translated the contract into Spanish for the seller. I will definitely be using him again.
