I echo the brilliant reviews about Pummel & Knead. Their self-massage webinar was very beneficial, well thought out and easy to follow. I can't wait to try their workshop for runners/cyclists. I also had Lucinda's in-person sport massage before lockdown and cannot wait to go back!
I’d highly recommend Pummel & Knead - both for in person services but also virtually! Their current approach to the Covid restrictions has been the creation of their virtual events which are great and affordable! The sessions are very professional, informative and relaxing and I’ve enjoyed the sessions I’ve attended so far!
Clare and Lucinda are two extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable professionals - their sessions during lockdown have been so helpful for dealing with tension and muscle pain, and their in-person sessions are fantastic too.
