Worst experience at Pulse.Never ever Go The staff is unprofessional, poorly informed, and insensitive—especially toward senior citizens. We were quoted ₹6,000 for a test, but after 10 hours of fasting, we were asked to pay ₹10,000. No prior clarification was given. They also failed to inform us about the post-lunch test timing in advance and later refused to take a blood sample at 3 PM, saying the collection van comes only once a day—again, not communicated earlier. Worst diagnostic centre ever no ethic no rule waited for almost 3:30 hrs they took people who came after me staff are rude and liar and when you talk to them they just ignored you once you pay after they don’t care service is disaster never ever suggest anyone to come in case of emergency
Worst experience ever!!! Staff not at all helpfull and not very cooperative with patients!!!
The lab needs to have sanitized and needs to provide sanitizer at the door step… no frequent cleaning after the patient is left… the bathroom is as similar as public toilet… if the amount the test are high so I guess these things need to be considered by the owner.. please look into it…
