***BUYER BEWARE*** This dealership practices a common scam know as the "Spot Delivery Scam." This scam was done to us by the financing manager - Casey, and Jimmy in the finance department. These 2 people "approved" us on a used car loan. We signed the loan and left with the car. Then 1 month later they called us demanding that we bring the car back within 1 hour or they were calling the police. They stated that the pay information on the loan did not match the pay stubs. Came in for a standard oil change. I was told it would take about an hour but it was done less than that so that was impressive. Plus I got a free car wash, so I liked getting car back nice and clean!
Processing is very organized and good enough, but the simple work cost is very expensive. If something comprehensive work they did, OK I will accept it.
This is one of the few dealerships that had a wonderful sales rep, Hansel (I think that is how his name is spelled) and the finance manager, Ferry.

I had the most amazing experience at Puente Hills Hyundai. After spending over a month looking for a vehicle, I saw a car on their website that seemed like the perfect fit. The car was just listed without a picture only the specs.
My husband and I have been car shopping for several months now. After dealing multiple times with CarMax, we decided to comparison shop here, to test drive a used car.
