Ferry was amazing and went the extra mile to help me buy my car and offered great advice on the differences between paying in full and financing. He provided the pros and cons and tried to work out what was best for me. The price we agreed on was reasonable and the best deal I found for the car I wanted.

From time to time I'm in need of a rental and I used to go to a competitor, until PH Hyundai opened their own rental services. I am a fan of convenience and Josh has it handled in this area. Their service is so prompt and everyone is very courteous. I dealt with Javier from service and he is really nice. And Roger the driver had to take me to work and back and he is really nice and talkative instead of that awkward silence. They had to keep my car overnight so they helped me out and loan me a rental car for FREE!
I was referred to PH Hyundai by a relative and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that was given to me and my husband. We were just checking out make and models while we visited the rental department because we may be interested in buying one back home. The sales agents were very kind and while they checked quotes for me, also offered us lunch which we couldn't refuse. I'll be sure to refer all of my local friends here whenever they are in the market for a new or used car!

The worst customer service/careless dealership on planet earth. On March 5,2013 I made the most regrettable decision of my life. When i bought my jeep here a couple weeks ago the customer service was good, even when i brought it back concerning some minor things.. Larry in the service department was very understanding and professional. Hes gonna be the reason i will return to get my car serviced in the future.
