Terrence Baxton was extremely patient and helpful as I worked with him to purchase my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. They did a great job on my car, the staff was extremely professional and friendly. They did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Steve Orndorff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in showing me what they were doing and what needed to be done to my Santa Fe! I have been getting my car serviced at Oxmoor Hyundai for several years now, and have always been pleased with my service there. The employees are always very friendly and communicate and I feel like they always have my best interest at heart. On my latest visit, I really appreciated my service representative, Steve Orndorff, taking the time to explain the differences between service options and helping me access which I needed.
Service on my Genesys was well done. Joy Fisher did an excellent job in serving me during the visit. She was prompt, polite, and provided all details needed. Oxmoor Hyundai continually does a great job. I am pleased to recommend to friends.
