Although I dislike the sales reps there I must say I ended up buying my car at WIN Hyundai and had a few problems with my CPO so I brought my car here to service and their service is great! =) Staff is friendly and they clean my car in and out unlike at WIN.
Ferry was amazing and went the extra mile to help me buy my car and offered great advice on the differences between paying in full and financing. He provided the pros and cons and tried to work out what was best for me. The price we agreed on was reasonable and the best deal I found for the car I wanted.
From time to time I'm in need of a rental and I used to go to a competitor, until PH Hyundai opened their own rental services. I am a fan of convenience and Josh has it handled in this area. He has always been there to help, along with Manny today was no different. Thanks Guys! Thanks PH Hyundai, it's greatly appreciated. :)
Their service is so prompt and everyone is very courteous. I dealt with Javier from service and he is really nice. And Roger the driver had to take me to work and back and he is really nice and talkative instead of that awkward silence. They had to keep my car overnight so they helped me out and loan me a rental car for FREE!
I was referred to PH Hyundai by a relative and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that was given to me and my husband. We were just checking out make and models while we visited the rental department because we may be interested in buying one back home. The sales agents were very kind and while they checked quotes for me, also offered us lunch which we couldn't refuse. I'll be sure to refer all of my local friends here whenever they are in the market for a new or used car!

When i bought my jeep here a couple weeks ago the customer service was good, even when i brought it back concerning some minor things.. Larry in the service department was very understanding and professional. Hes gonna be the reason i will return to get my car serviced in the future.
I had the best experience here! I live quite a ways from this dealership, but I made my way over because I was told about how awesome their customer service was. My friend was so right!! The staff is very friendly and very willing to work with you regardless of your budget. They will work the numbers 5 different ways until they get the best deal possible for you. Most of my kudos goes to the sales manager, who is one of the nicest and most personable people Ive met in a long time. No complaints here about anything!
I bought a used car 4 months ago from Puente Hills Hyundai. Recently we encountered a problem with the suspension in the car because unbeknownst to us the previous owner had lowered it which then voided the factory warranty. upon discovering this we approached the manager about this problem and I can happily say that Puente Hills Hyundai replaced the parts that had been modified and brought the car back to stock, provided me with a rental car and the service was awesome.
