The staff at Lia Hyundai always takes care of me! I had been putting off getting my car serviced for almost 6 months now. When I returned to the dealership to finally have everything done, Dave Bedian remembered me from the last time I brought my car in. I appreciated that he was able to explain my services to me clearly (I know almost nothing about cars) so that I knew exactly what was going on. They also serviced my car entirely in a matter of four hours! Thank you Dave!
My car broke down in Albany 2 weeks ago. The hybrid system was having problems. I contacted LIA Hyunday, and let me tell you, their service was just OUTSTANDING!!!! BRIAN was excellent help ! They provided me a loaner car while my car was getting fixed. These people fixed the problem and I'm very happy and satisfied with the excellent/outstanding service I received. I live in NYC and I'm really thinking about getting my car serviced at LIA in Albany, it is worth it,
On Oct 10 I had my car at Lia Central Ave for an oil change and NYS Inspection. The service agent Jaime Clark greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. Due to a recent leg injury I was unable to sit and wait for the car and he made arrangements for me to take the shuttle home and pick up to return. Once again my experience at Lia was pleasurable.
Lia Hyundai is the place to purchase your next car. I had never owned a Hyundai, but my salesperson Lisa Caputo, was fantastic. She went over every question I had with patience and in a very professional manner. She has also followed up numerous times to check in. I love my new car!
Terrible Service Experience! They have an oil change special, 6-8 pm. M, W, & F. I made a Friday appointment at 6:30 pm, explaining that I would be waiting on the service. Upon arrival at 6:30, the Service Writer advised they were a little backed up, but he'd "get us in" I explained that I had an appointment, he said he'd "get us in" So, I watched my car sit for ONE HOUR without moving.
