I was very pleased with the sales person I was assigned when I walked into the dealership last week. I was looking for a basic SUV, and had visited a few other brand dealers before seeing Jim Sadlemier at Lia Hyundai in Albany. I said I was very interested in rebates and a good deal on my trade-in. I have been a customer of Lia Hyundai since 2005, and my great experience with the service department is what encouraged me to buy my new car about 1.5 years ago. My current car is a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, which I bought used. I took my car in recently to have 2 wheelbearings fixed. It took longer than expected (which was unavoidable due to the bearings being extra hard to remove). Frank Goergen was my service manager and he kept me updated on what was going on and when it was obvious the wait was going to be extensive arranged for me to borrow a car for the night so I could get home. I love that Lia Hyundai returns your car to you freshly washed after it is serviced too.
My visit was for a regular oil change. I am satisfied with the service and the price for the oil change. Every time I pay the same amount approx. $35 for this specific service which includes oil and filter change plus tire rotation, also they ask me whether to use a regular or synthetic type of oil as the price changes. Lia Hyundai is the only auto repair service I have ever written a review for and I would highly recommend them to everyone! I have personally dealt with Frank Goergen twice in the last 3 weeks (once for routine maintenance, and once for a minor issue). Both times he was pleasant, gracious, and willing to take time to explain the issues found and potential solutions. I cannot say enough positive things about Frank, or the Lia service department, and am grateful for their patience, honesty, and service!
