I'm happy to say I ended up with the car I wanted as well as great customer service from Carlos. He definitely made up for the poor service I received prior to working with him. Anyone looking to get a hyundai, I highly recommend coming here and asking directly for Carlos Corona!
The staff at PH Hyundai provides an outstanding customer service experience and I have purchased three vehicles during the past two years at this dealership; most recently three weeks ago. The salesperson (Ronnie Velasquez) who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle(s) and sale process.
My experience at Puente Hills was outstanding! I had a situation to where I needed a vehicle right away. Lonnie Fagan actually came to my home and picked me up! I was very impressed. At that point after going to the dealership they were able to,work with me and give me a nice affordable vehicle that I like with an excellent warranty. I am thankful for the experience and when it is time to buy another car that is where I will go. Lonnie and the Puente Hills Team worked very hard to secure me a deal.
I've had great experiences at this location. Our salesman, a great guy and a GREAT salesman all around. We've bought 3 cars from him already. One for myself and my brother bought two. We love our cars and will continue to keep coming. They takes good care of us here at the dealership.
Our high school cross country team and booster club recently held a car wash at Puente Hills Hyundai. The dealership allows local non-profit organizations to use their drive-thru car wash free of charge on Sundays since the service department is closed and the car wash goes unused. The runners' only responsibility was to dry the cars once they came out of the car wash. Thanks Puente Hills Hyundai team for allowing us to use the facilities. I am sure we will be back next year.
Going to Puente Hills Hyundai was the best decision I have ever made!! Manny Soto was the sales person who helped me pick my perfect car! I just purchased a 2013 Sonata and OMG I love it!! There isn't anything bad to say about my experience there! Manny was so patient and understood exactly what I was looking for. It must have been that we are both from Tucson!
