RecommendedPuckett went and picked up my husband from his work an took him to Parkridge Main an we could not ask for any better service.
I stopped this morning at the Rock Spring fire station in hopes that someone could help me because my little boy was having seizures which he never had. To make a long story short he did nothing pretty much acted like we were dumb and sent us on our way and within 4 hours my baby was having brain surgery. Thank you for absolutely nothing and for no concern whatsoever. Whomever you are your in the wrong profession period.
The hospital that I was in called Puckett to take me to a local rehab facility three different times. Two of the three times I questioned the person in the back with me that it was quicker, which I knew it wasn’t. That was only done to pad the mileage so they could charge me more. The third trip was a normal route and was $300 less. The next time I am admitted into the I will refuse to have Puckett transport me. To me they are a bunch of crooks.
Too many issues - 2 different calls, 2 different family members, calls approx 9 months apart.
I am so late to doing this but I just wanted to brag on Puckett EMS TN / N.GA! My 4 year old unfortunately had to take a ride in one of their ambulances on February 4th due to an orthopedic injury. During her ride she had to have an IV put in which we all know is never fun even on the most mature adult but the EMS professionals made it much less traumatic for her. Your Ambulance drivers and EMT's should really show some professionalism and compassion when it comes to the patients they pick up. Making fun of someone's situation while they are in dire need is about as low as you can go.
they sent my bill to collections even though we are not behind.
