HORRIBLE. AFTER 3MONTHS OF CALLING MY JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. THEY WILL NOT RETURN EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS. THEY WERE PAID IN FULL OVER 3 MONTHS AGO. STILL MISSING WINDOWS, THRESHOLDS, AND DOOR SWEEPS. NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST WINDOW AND DOOR COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED AND I HAVE BEEN BUILDING FOR 25 YEARS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY
My association with Public Supply has been a frustrating experience. I need some warranty work done and they do not answer their phone or else it is busy. They do not reply to their e-mails. If they don't get it right the first time (and they didn't), you might as well forget it. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
Terrible customer service. We have approached this company for windows replacement for an apartment project in OKC and placed a $5000 deposit only to learn after a whole month that the order with Silverline was NOT placed. It is impossible to get a response from these crooks and our deposit is on the line not to mention the building is completely exposed. Crooks!!!!
I've just been given the ok to replace the windows in an apt bldg in Okc. These two poor reviews combined with Public Supply Co. inability to answer a phone means this job goes to someone better. Thank you PSco for eliminating yourself from consideration in such a timely fashion.
