Takes advantage of older customers. Regularly raising the rents OVER what the current rates are. 10x20 is $108 (regular, not sale price) so why are you charging my dad $222 a month for it. I'll answer: Because he is old and can't move the stuff to someone else, so you keep abusing him.
I've never taken out storage with this company yet I am constantly sent invoices. After multiple emails telling this company that I have never taken anything out with them that they have the email address wrong, my emails have been ignored. If this is how you treat your actual customers than you deserve this one star review as you clearly are unable to handle your administration.
