I will NEVER use this place again and I definitely will NOT give any recommendations! I started renting from this location on New Year's Eve or the first of January. The employee that I dealt with at first (Rachel; and no I don't mind using her name because she was the best employee) was very professional, helpful, understanding, and willing to work with and help me instead of work against me. I've been trying for well over a month and a half to get the DISTRICT MANAGER to correct the problem i have with my acct (Since the employees told me they could do anything).... she has NOT been successful in returning my CALLS nor handling the problem.... This is sooooo unprofessional.... I have no other choice but to take it to the next level.... I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to ANYONE....
