Customer service A+ New door replacement project looks good
The one here in Indianapolis, In. refuses to give me accommodations cause of my disabilitys, they give me complete run around, they refuse to get back with me. They are using me for all I'm worth, money wise. I'm getting sick and tired of the run around. And I want my $1 special, was a partial refund back, etc. Thanx

I have been a customer for 30 years and found that Public Storage does not care about their long term customers always raising their rental rates higher the longer they stay and keeping not long term customers rates lower. Recently having been ill I was contacted two weeks after my bill was late and charged unnecessary fees. If you do business with them keep their business tactics in mind.
