The contract clearly states that the F & B minimum and all food quotes are exclusive of all beverages, tax, gratuities and event fee. Your daughter, and their prom group selected the $42 3-course dinner. State tax in the city of St. Paul is 7.625% ($7.81) and the private event fee of 22% ($18.48). The total price for each couple was $110.48 with tax and event fee (includes gratuity). So long as there were no N/A beverages ordered, this is the amount that should have been charged to each couple.
