Been coming to Paul since September 2024. Over recent sessions he has pin pointed some areas that have really helped me with day to day mobility. In my last session, he done a lot of work on my right shoulder as I was in pain bringing it across my body and working above my head. The next day the pain had subsided and hasn't returned. Amazing, Paul is very professional and found knots in my back i never knew i had
Really good. I could feel the knots breaking down when he was working on them. Nobody can ever really get the knots out of my back at the best of times, so following an injury I've been super tense. I've had loads of massages in my life and they never do it anywhere near hard enough, even when I ask them to. I wish I'd found him straight away before spending hundreds trying to fix it. Paul is knowledgeable and works with you as a client. Listens to your concerns and can walk you through what he is doing and why he is doing it. His room for treatment is always very clean and the ambience is calming with your choice of music should you like. Sitting in silence for an hour whilst getting a sports massage would be my idea of hell, luckily you are made to feel welcome and Paul converses should that be what you want.
