Not sure about other experiences here in this branch, but I would like to appreciate @Patricia for her amazing customer service, she was superb in helping me out change my current account to saving account, although I didn’t had any appointment but she was kind enough to answer all my queries and helped me to open my saving account. Thank you Patricia, people like you present the culture of the bank… Thanks Again..🙂
Avoid this bank! Very unprofessional staff I brought my documents for mortgage and the manager took it and now is 3 weeks already and is not answering the phone and emails, disappeared! When i call the branch liffey valley also not answering or tell lies that will look for my documents and call me back and also disappear! I am in shock how people work nowadays Avoid avoid avoid
