Very poor service and extremely poor customer service. Do not recommend . Arranged for an intercom replacement and at no point was told it needs to be paid prior to engineer coming to fit. Engineer was extremely rude to my tenants and left without doing anything
Absolutely delighted with the service from Lesley in the office and Robert the engineer. I really could not fault the business on customer service, value for money and overall just being a pleasure to deal with such a professional and personable company. Thank you again
