Visited PTK Physio with a long standing back issue that would come and go. At the time of the initial visit, I had very restricted movement, as well as significant pain in lower back. Steve took the time to understand the root of the issue as opposed to what caused the pain on this particular occasion. As a keen runner, training had become stop start as a result of the issues.
