Exploitative and callous. It was up to me to check the day before that PT travel was still lined up for transportation for my wedding. They then told me that the 16 seater was unavailable, and I would have to pay an additional £50 to have an 8 seater make 2x trips taking the total to £190 (I previously negotiated £170 for 2x 16 seater trips). David and the team are fantastic, we used them on a number of occasions and they always went above and beyond.
