My first experience of therapy was some 11-12 years ago. I attended therapy regarding the issues I was having with anger and depression, which were affecting my relationships, my work and my overall health. Since then, I have visited 5 different therapists including Stephen. Working with Stephen has changed my life for the better. He provides a safe space for you to grow and heal. Stephen is a genuine, kind soul who cares for his patients in a way that I have never experienced with previous therapists. I highly recommend working with Stephen, he is a very caring, patient and trustworthy person who has a wealth of knowledge that has helped to guide me in a better direction in life.
